Miramonti
is a nature-inspired development derived from sponges. Miramonti will
harness resource efficient systems to reduce its cooling and energy
consumptions by employing solar panels on the building’s roof. With this

The contemporary Italian-designed building extends

garden, playground, and a 24/7 hour reception to its residents.
Miramonti is an integrated mixed-use development
dedicated for commercial areas, parking, offices, and residential
spaces. It will have a commercial complex with 13,000 square meters
space.
PHASES
Miramonti is planned in two phases:

a mixed-use building on a podium with residences, offices, parking
and commercial spaces.

a larger podium with two towers, of which one is an office tower and
one is a residential tower with commercial, parking and retail
spaces.
